for betting accounts with betwall.com

  1. General
    1. A bet is an investment on the outcome of a future event.
    2. A stake is the amount of money invested in a betting transaction.
    3. A minimum stake is the minimum bet accepted.
    4. A maximum payment is the maximum amount, inclusive of the stake, paid out on a winning transaction. It is the responsibility of each client to stay within the stated limits.
    5. FIXED ODDS are the early prices available on all British and Irish horse races daily.
    6. LIVE SHOWS are the prices transmitted from the actual race-course in advance of each race.
    7. STARTING PRICES are the official odds returned from the race-course following the event.
    8. Double Result is paid on the win portion of all horse-races, excepting tote related bets, disqualification of incorrect weight or taking wrong course, and non British and Irish racing. Double Result means that the client gets paid if the horse is either ‘First past the post’ or promoted to first place, by the Stewards, under the rules of racing.
    9. AVAILABLE ODDS betwall.Com offers FIXED Odds, LIVE SHOWS and STARTING PRICES by Telephone.Morning prices on all irish horse races,and many english races.
    10. Bets are accepted from account holders on the basis that there are sufficient funds either on deposit or on the bank card to meet the full bet; otherwise the full bet is void.

     

    LIVE SHOW betting is generally available approximately 10 minutes prior to the off-time of each horse race and are directly from the racetrack

    SP is the official Starting Price returned from the racecourse. SP allows account holders to bet on their selections throughout the day. Account holders may want to do this when there are no early odds on the race in question or if they believe SP will return greater odds than either the early odds or the Live Show odds. When a non-runner in a horse race is backed at starting price or on the day of a horse race at fixed odds, all stakes will be refunded.

    ANTE-POST betting on horse races is when a fixed odds market exists prior to the week of a race. Horses that are backed prior to the week of a race in the ante-post market will be deemed to be losing bets if they become non-runners. It follows that there are never any Rule 4 deductions in the event of non-runners on ante-post betting.

    Records are held of all transactions for approximately 6 weeks , and it is the duty of the client to maintain a copy or request a copy from betwall.com.

  3. Minimum Stakes

    The minimum bet accepted is 10 unit of the persons betting currency

  4. Miscellaneous

    1. Persons under the age of 18 are not legally entitled to bet, and a recognised identity card proving age will automatically be required where any doubt exists. It is the duty of each member to ensure that no violation of their national legislature occurs by reason of transacting business with betwall.com.
    2. The right to correct errors in prices or conditions is expressly reserved.
    3. A record of all betting transactions will be retained by us. Unclear instructions will be void.
    4. Disputes will be resolved by agreement if possible. Unresolved disputes will be referred to mutually agreed arbitration whose resulting decision will be final and binding. betwall.com .
    5. Ante-post bets are accepted on the basis of all in, run or not.
    6. Non-Runners. In the event of a horse being withdrawn before coming under starter’s orders, the stake is refundable. Any odds taken on remaining competitors are subject to deduction related to the odds of the non-runner as per Rule 4.

    7. Each-Way Betting: Paying ¼ the odds for all races

  5. Sports Betting

    1. All bets on matches are settled on normal-time basis.
    2. Bets on abandoned matches are void, excepting ‘First Goal-Scorer’ bets. Own goals do not count in ‘First Goal-Scorer’ bets.
    3. Numbers Events are settled on the basis of the first draw in the event of a double draw. Bets are settled on the result of the next subsequent draw, unless instructions to the contrary are given.
    4. Grand Prix events are settled on podium positions.

  7. How to open an account with betwall.com

    1. Accounts  ( there is no charge or hidden costs in any transactions)
      1. Do not contact by email giving your credit card details .
      2. Please give your card details over the phone, or fax the details to us at 059-6481250. This is a promotional site,prices are bound to change,Not An Online Betting Site.

      Once the bank has cleared your credit card details, your account will be activated and you will be free to start betting. However, if the card payment is subsequently refused for any reason then all bets made on those funds will be void.

    2. Deposit Accounts

      You can also open an account by posting a cheque, (John Wall), to us at:

      If you are making a deposit by cheque, we will notify you by email, phone or post, when your cheque has been cleared and your account has been activated - this usually takes about five days. If your bank for any reason subsequently refuses the cheque then all bets made on those funds will be void.

      All account holders must provide a full mailing address (this must be the address that appears on the member's credit card statement or, if paying by cheque, the address against that bank account) and full phone number where the member may be contacted. To protect against fraud, betwall.com utilises a security system known as address verification systems (AVS).

    3. Minimum and maximum deposits and bets (all figures apply )

      The minimum deposit necessary to open an account is 20 units, the maximum is 20,000 units.

      Note: the minimum bet accepted is 10 units, the maximum bet accepted is 20000 units. The maximum payout currently stands at 50,000 units. Please check rules on limits.

    4. Payments

      Please note that payments will only be made to the name and address as they appeared on the credit/debit card used to deposit funds. If the funds are received by cheque, payment will be made only to the name and address against that cheque account. Requests for payments are processed every Monday at 6 pm. and the account is debited if sufficient funds are in the account. A cheque is posted to the requestee on the following Wednesday.

    5. Account Status

      betwall.com reserves the right to close an account at any time without affecting any outstanding bets. After any outstanding bets are closed all monies on an account will be forwarded to the account holder.

      jwall-bookmakers.com accepts no responsibility for transactions made in your name if a person other than you carries out that transaction.

    7. Maintaining your Account

      Funds may be made available, or added, to your existing account at any time by credit or debit card payment, or, preferably, by cheque.

      betwall.com accepts all of the most popular cards for making payments. Account holders may deposit a maximum of 10,000 units of their betting currency per credit/card transaction into their account at the rate of one transaction a day. The minimum deposit acceptable is 10 units per transaction. An account holder can only bet up to the amount held within his/her account. Please contact the administrator admin@betwall.com if you wish to deposit a sum larger than the maximum.

    8. Account Balance
